1. Upon logging into your student app, click on “Bookings”
2. Locate the course you’d like to submit a request for, and click on “Request”
3.Select the type of request, in this case - “Deferment of Study”
4.Input your reasoning for the request
*Take note of the request fees
5.Select the module you are changing intake for
6. Select the specific intake you’d like to join
7. Once done, scroll down and hit “Submit”
Upon submission, our customer service team will verify your request within 5 working days
