1. Log on to your student app. At the home page, click on “Bookings”
2. Search for the booking you want to do the survey for, and click on “Feedback”
3. Click on “Feedback” again
4. Select the type of course* you are taking
*If you are taking modular course, select “Statement of attainment (Individual Participant)
5. Fill out your survey accordingly
6. Click “Submit” once completed
