You need to ensure you allow the app access to your location.
1. Go to your phone settings
2. Once your setting is launched, on the search bar, search for taftc student 
3. When the search result appears, click on “taftc student”
4. Ensure that location settings is set to “while using”
5. If it is not, click on it to edit and select the option “while using”
