(Student Portal) How do I submit a deferment request?

1. Upon logging into your student app, click on “Bookings”


2. Locate the course you’d like to submit a request for, and click on “Student Request”


3. Select the type of request, in this case - “Change of intake”  


4. Input your reasoning for the request 


5. Take note of the chargeable fees and select the intake option


6. Select the specific intake you’d like to join


7. Scroll down and click “Save Request”


Upon submission, our customer service team will verify your request within 5 working days
