(Student Portal) How do I submit a reassessment request?

1. Upon logging into your student portal, click on “My Bookings”


2. Locate the course you’d like to submit a request for, and click on “Student Request”


3. Select the type of request, in this case - “Re-assessment/ Re-module”


4. Input your reasoning for the request 


5. Take note of the chargeable fees and select the module you will be taking the reassessment for


6. Select the type of re-assessment recommended by your trainer, either re-assessment or re-module


7. Select the date and time for your re-assessment (has to be agreed upon by both student and trainer) 


8. Scroll down and click “Save Request”



Upon submission, our customer service team will verify your request within 5 working days
