PSEA refund process

PSEA refunds occur only when your funds have been deducted from your account.

Check your balance for Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) by calling 6260 0777 (24-hour hotline).

Should you require a refund for your funds that have been paid to us, kindly fill out this form here

Once you have submitted your form, kindly inform our customer service team via WhatsApp at +65 8875 6778.

Upon receiving your details, our customer service team will take note of your refund application. 

We will process your claim refund to PSEA on the 23rd of each month.

Once the refund has been submitted to MOE it will take up to 30 working days to appear in your PSEA account.
