Skillsfuture Credits refund process

SkillsFuture credits refunds only occur if your claim has been status that reflects “Paid to TP”.

Should you require a refund for your credits that have been paid to us, kindly fill out this form here.

Once you have submitted your form, kindly inform our customer service team via WhatsApp at +65 8875 6778.

Upon receiving your details, our customer service team will take note of your refund application. 

We will process your claim refund to SkillsFuture on the 23rd of each month.

Once the refund has been submitted to SkillsFuture it will take 5-10 working days to appear in your SkillsFuture Credits account. If it takes longer, please submit a case with SkillsFuture for further assistance.

If your claim status reflects as “Approved” and you need your claims cancelled, kindly contact our customer service team via WhatsApp at +65 8875 6778 for further assistance.
